DRAMA REVIEW: REPLY 1988

Hello there peeps! Thank you for spending your precious time reading my blog. Hehehe :D

Today I would like to review a drama entitled REPLY 1988. Have you watched it? It is a waste if you did not watch the drama yet. I hope after you read my post, you are convinced enough to start watch the drama hehe :D

DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!

Hahaha I know you will think that way. Because I have that kind of thoughts before :P

I judge something to quick. At first I thought the drama will be boring. But I was wrong. It was addictive!  Thanks to my friend for recommending me this drama. I watched it during the last semester break. 

Guys. The drama was FABULOUS! SUPER GREAT! INTERESTING!

Can’t you feel me? Well, of course you can’t because you haven’t watched it yet LOL :P

The story tells about the life of 5 friends; Duk Seon, Jung Hwan, Sun Woo, Dong Ryong and Taek in their twenties. They were friends since they were kids as they were neighbours. Their families also very close with each other.  Whatever they are doing; watching TV, go to market, eat, and drinks, they were always together.

 When you watch the drama you might see the setting looks like in the old time. Yes because the drama is set in 1988 LOL! 

You could see their clothes are all in old-style fashion. It is actually kind of flashback story where it was told by Duk Seon in 2015.

It is a good drama to watch because it contains full of lessons about life; we can see how each family deals with their own problems. The characters involved in this drama are well-portrayed. *thumbs up* :D

The setting is unique because they use old props just like in the 80’s. No smart phones, no washing machines, and no electronic stoves. It is totally different as compared to the technologies nowadays. I like how they set the drama because at least I could know the life of people in their 80’s.

If you claim the drama is cliché, you are wrong. Maybe there’s a little bit cliché when it comes to love story part, BUT it is not that cliché. Trust me! In this drama you have to guess the husband of Duk Seon (since Duk Seon is the main lead of the drama) and you will be totally confused because you might feel hard to guess.
